Steven B. Kafko, DDS
Born in New York City, Dr. Kafko attended Brooklyn College. He graduated in 1968 with a B.A. degree in biology.
He then attended NYU College of Dentistry and graduated in 1972. He participated in a three-year residency program
in the United States Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Captain. He has had extensive training in prosthetics
and oral surgery. Dr. Kafko has been in private practice for thirty years. He is a member of the ADA and the
Mid-town Hoexter implant study club. Dr. Kafko has diverse interests that include writing, running, and ballroom
dancing. |

Jack Kaminsky, DDS
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY until age 13, Dr. Kaminsky finished public education in Pomona, NY in Rockland County. He attended the University of Rhode Island from 1973-1978 and graduated with his BS in Pharmacy. He worked as a pharmacist in NYC during the years 1978-1982 as he attained his DDS from New York University. Dr. Kaminsky has practiced dentistry in NYC for the past twenty eight years. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. He prides himself in cosmetic and restorative work. Implant dentistry has also become a major discipline of his expertise. Dr. Kaminsky is married with three children and lives in nearby Livingston, NJ. He has varied interests that include tennis, golf ,and reading and is devoted NY sports fan. He considers compassion and empathy to be of upmost importance in the treatment of his patients. |

Eliaz Kaufman, DDS
Dr. Eliaz Kaufman was born and raised in Tel- Aviv, Israel. Dr. Kaufman received his D.D.S. degree from Columbia University, where he also completed his 3 year Master of Science postgraduate program as a specialist in periodontics. The specialty program in periodontics included comprehensive training in implant dentistry, with strong emphasis on the surgical placement of implants and bone regeneration techniques. Dr. Kaufman also completed a 3 year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery which included advanced training in Oral diagnosis, Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine, with strong emphasis on early detection and treatment of tumors (malignant and benign), oral lesions and diseases.
Dr. Kaufman is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is a former full-time Assistant Professor in the Division of Periodontics, Columbia University. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, NYU.
Dr. Kaufman is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), The American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), The American Board of Periodontology (ABP) and the Northeastern Society of Periodontology (NESP).
Dr. Kaufman is the author of multiple scientific professional articles and has lectured both nationally and internationally on topics related to dental implants and periodontal disease. |

Ben Ifraimov, DDS
Dr. Ben Ifraimov was born in the former Russian republic, Azerbaijan. He grew up in Brooklyn. Dr. Ifraimov received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU. He completed his General Practice Residency from Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Ifraimov received extensive post graduate training in Aesthetic Dentistry and Full Mouth Rehabilitation. Additionally, he has completed the Aesthetic Residency Program at NYU, one of the world’s premier aesthetic dental programs. Dr. Ifraimov believes establishing rapport with patients is fundamental to proper dental care. He has a keen interest in skiing, astronomy and economics. |

Eric Spieler, DDS
Dr. Eric Spieler grew up in Rockland County New York. He currently resides
in New York City. He attended the Pennsylvania State University and Stony
Brook School of Dental Medicine. It was there that he headed up community
outreach programs to help the underprivileged. Dr. Spieler spent time in
inner-city outreach programs during his college studies over the summer at
Temple University. Dr. Spieler enjoys a concentration in cosmetic dentistry
and Invisalign, and is a member of several implant study clubs. Outside of
the office he is passionate about photography and loves football, baseball
and basketball.

Yelena Mats, RDH
Born in the Ukraine, Yelena immigrated to the United States in 1990. She graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 1995. She
started working in this practice in 1996. Yelena is an expert in periodontal preventative care, chemo-therapeutic therapy, and is
certified in the application of local anesthesia. She loves New York and is greatly admired by all who meet her. |

Eleonora Grinberg, RDH
Born in Odessa, Ukraine, Ella immigrated to the United States in 1992. She graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 1998. She
started working in this practice in 1998. Ella enjoys educating her patients in the prevention of periodontal disease. She likes to
work with children and is certified in the application of local anesthesia. Ella loves classical music and is a current student at
the New School University. |

Lora Hauron, RDH
Born in Minsk, capital of Belarus, Lora immigrated to the United States in 2001. She joined our practice immediately after her graduation from NYU College of Dentistry in 2007. Lora enjoys educating her patients about proper oral hygiene and prevention of periodontal disease. She is also certified in the application of local anesthesia. Lora enjoys everything New York has to offer but in the summer, it’s all Jersey Shore! |

Ricardo Montalvo, CDT
Born in the Bronx, New York, Ricky attended DeWitt Clinton High School. He then enlisted in the United States Air Force for a
five-year program as a dental technician. He achieved the rank of sergeant and graduated from the School of Health Care and Sciences.
Rick has been in private practice since 1988. |
